These terms govern your use of the FeaturedSnippet website at featuredsnippet.org (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FeaturedSnippet provides free SEO tools — including a SERP snippet preview, an AI snippet writer, and a JSON-LD schema generator — accessible without registration.

You retain ownership of any text you submit to the Service (e.g. page descriptions submitted to the AI Snippet Writer). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely to provide the Service to you (which includes forwarding it to our AI provider for generation).
The output we return (titles, meta descriptions, JSON-LD, previews) is yours to use without attribution, subject to the warranty disclaimer below.
The Service’s design, code (where not open-sourced), copy, and brand assets are owned by FeaturedSnippet and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The AI Snippet Writer is a generative tool; its output may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before publishing it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeaturedSnippet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to EUR 50 or the equivalent in your local currency.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uptime. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
