The person behind the tools
I've spent 8+ years in the SEO trenches — agency side, in-house, and freelance. I've run audits for e-commerce brands, SaaS companies, and local businesses. The common thread: the tools available were either too expensive, too inaccurate, or too focused on vanity metrics.
FeaturedSnippet started as a weekend project to scratch my own itch. I needed a pixel-accurate SERP preview tool that didn't require a credit card. That tool turned into a suite of free utilities that I now use in my own client work every day.
I'm proudly neurospicy — hyperfocus is a superpower when it comes to search. When I'm not deep in a crawl report, you'll find me lost in an indie game soundtrack, hiking somewhere with no signal, or watching football and pretending I understand tactics.

How FeaturedSnippet came to be
The Problem
Alex Rivera was running SEO audits for a mid-size e-commerce brand and kept hitting the same wall: every SERP snippet tool either showed character counts (wrong metric — Google measures pixels) or required a paid subscription just to preview a single title tag.
The Prototype
A weekend side project turned into a pixel-accurate SERP preview tool. The core insight: Google renders title tags at 600px wide, not 60 characters. A tool that measured pixels instead of characters would be genuinely useful. Friends in the SEO community started sharing it.
The Platform
The single tool grew into a suite. Rank Checker, Domain Authority Checker, Keyword Density Analyser, and the Page Opportunity Finder were added one by one — each solving a real pain point that Alex had encountered in client work.
Today
